Remember when we thought the worse thing about spring was the onslaught of tick and black fly season?
We have been receiving many calls and questions so we thought we would try to answer a few:
Are you open?
We have crews that returned to "the field" in the past few days and please be assured they are following all state regulations, and have been trained in safety and the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Additionally, in that much of our business at this time of the year can be accomplished over the phone, via computer, or with an on-site visit where CDC recommended social distancing can be maintained, our business is continuing uninterrupted as is our committed service to customers.
How can I get in touch with you?
Call: (207) 474-2420
We will make sure your question or request gets forwarded to the right person and an answer is provided ASAP.
Are you still accepting mowing and lawn care customers?
Of course, and thank you for thinking of us! We are offering all of the services we have in past years. Additional info about this in our upcoming April Newsletter.
We are not coming to Maine this summer can you keep an eye on our camp, cottage and/or summer home?
No worries! Whenever we are on your property to provide lawn care or spraying services we will check everything out and send you a photo of anything that appears to need attention.
Are your still spraying for ticks this year?
Yes and from all reports we have a "bumper crop"! We will start spraying in early April, then again in June or July (depending on the climatic conditions) and finally in October. This matches with the life cycles of the deer tick and also the dog and wood tick. Give us a call or email us for more information or if you would like to be put on our list.
How are you holding up?
Thanks for asking. We are all doing fine and, like you, we are making adjustments to stay healthy and provide quality service! Many of us are working from home and/or alternating from home to the office. We wash our hands constantly (it seems that way), maintain social distancing, when not working we stay home except for essential undertakings, and disinfect our work places more than we thought possible! We worry about our friends/customers and if there is anything we can help with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! Finally, we are proud to be able to undertake our work and actually be increasing our work force during this challenging time. We will be following all CDC guidelines and State of Maine regulations and urge you to do the same as we address these challenging times.
Thank you for your support and caring. Lynch Landscaping is certified by LakeSmart, licensed by the Maine Board of Pesticides, and accredited by New England Organic Farming Association for lawn care.
