Our History

The beginning of Lynch Landscaping can be found in the head of a high school sophomore who needed a summer job and decided to borrow his parent’s lawn mower and utility trailer. He hooked the trailer to the back of his car and a new business was born. That was over 20 years ago!

The majority stockholder and president is that same sophomore that was hunting for that summer job who over the years attended Wentworth Institute to study design and graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Business and Marketing. Upon graduation he returned to Skowhegan to make his home, start his family, and to grow the business. The business would provide quality services to those who were proud of their homes, businesses and organizations and wanted them to look their best and be their safest for employees, guests, and customers.

Today, Lynch Landscaping is the top landscaping company in central Maine. We are proud to have started from a lawn mowing service to a four-division company providing landscaping services from hardscape and softscape installs to property management (mulching, weeding, mowing, and pest/weed control). It’s important to Lynch Landscaping to continue to grow, provide the best quality service and maintain everlasting relationships with our employees, customers, and community.
