Our tick control program is designed to protect your property all season long with three targeted applications—spring, summer, and fall.
Each visit includes a thorough perimeter treatment along with spot spraying in high-risk areas like wooded edges, tall grass, and shaded zones where ticks thrive. By treating at the right times of year, we interrupt the tick life cycle and keep populations under control.

This program is designed to manage both tick and mosquito populations throughout the entire season.
It includes six total applications completed over five scheduled visits, timed to address key points in each pest’s life cycle. Tick treatments focus on perimeter and targeted areas such as wooded edges, tall grass, and shaded environments where ticks are commonly found. Mosquito treatments are applied as a fine mist to foliage and damp, shaded areas where adult mosquitoes rest and where breeding activity occurs.
By combining these approaches, the program helps reduce overall pest pressure across the property and maintain more consistent control from spring through fall.

Our mosquito control program targets the source—where mosquitoes live, breed, and multiply.
With three applications throughout the season, we apply a fine mist treatment that covers foliage, shaded areas, and damp zones where mosquitoes rest during the day. We also focus on areas where they lay eggs and hatch, helping to disrupt their life cycle before populations explode.
This broad, effective approach reduces mosquito activity across your entire property—so you can enjoy your yard without the constant buzzing and biting.
What to Expect
Our tick and mosquito control program follows a simple, seasonal schedule designed to provide coverage throughout the year.
Treatment Timing
- First application: April–May
- Second application: July–August
- Final application: October
These treatments are timed to target ticks and mosquitoes at key points in their life cycles.
Scheduling
In most cases, we can get your first treatment scheduled within a week, and no later than two weeks.
Professional Service
A trained and certified technician will service your property, applying treatments to areas where ticks and mosquitoes are most active, such as shaded zones, wooded edges, and dense foliage.
Clear Communication
After each visit, a visible service tag will be left on your property so you know exactly when the application was completed.
After Treatment
Treated areas should be avoided until dry, typically about 30–60 minutes. Once dry, the application is safe for kids, pets, and other animals, and normal yard use can resume.
Pricing
Pricing is typically $160 per application for properties up to one acre without excessive obstacles. For larger or more complex properties, we can provide a quick and easy quote tailored to your property.
