If your yard feels too exposed, noisy, or like you’re constantly looking at something you’d rather not see, you’re not alone. Maybe neighbors are a little too close, traffic noise carries through your property, or there’s a view you wish you could block out. Privacy and screening trees can change that.

Whether you’re starting fresh or filling in gaps, we’ll design a planting that fits your space and goals. Something natural, full, and built to thrive in Maine’s climate—so your property feels more private, looks better year-round, and gives you a space you can actually relax in.

Variety

There is a wide range of tree varieties to choose from, each offering something different in terms of appearance, growth habit, and seasonal interest. From flowering ornamentals to evergreen screening trees, the right choice depends on your space, goals, and how you want your property to look and function over time.

Size

Tree size at installation plays a big role in both cost and expectations. Smaller trees are more budget-friendly and establish quickly, but take time to fill in, while larger trees provide more immediate impact at a higher upfront cost.

Design

Design plays a big role in how your trees look and function long-term. The layout, spacing, and variety you choose will determine how quickly you get privacy, how natural it feels, and how well it fits your property.

A well-thought-out design balances appearance and purpose—so your trees don’t just grow, but actually enhance the space and work the way you need them to.

Walkway Installation Availability & Lead Times

Lead times can vary depending on several factors, including the number of projects currently booked, the size and scope of your project, and product availability. At the moment, we are typically scheduling a couple of months out, though smaller projects can sometimes be fit in between larger ones. The best way to get an accurate timeline is to get started and meet with one of our consultants to discuss your project.

For tree installations, timing also matters. Spring, early summer, and early fall are typically the best windows, as milder temperatures make it easier for trees to establish—while the heat and humidity of peak summer can require more intensive watering and care.
